If you are desperate you could use a band on downtube cable stop, most often found in pairs for a rear mech ....... but it is a bit of a bodge.

this goes at the base of the down tube with the rear mech inner wire guide above the BB shell and the cable stop pointing upwards behind the seat tube - it is perfect for a reverse action suntour front mech that requires a short length of brake cable outer between this new band on cable stop and the corresponding cable stop that is part of the 2 part cable route on the front mech itself.
