Steerer clamp is 1.5" i think so quite thin on the ground. Get a slightly shorter one with more rise make sure you get the right bar clamp size prob 25.4 at a guess but you'll need to check.

Modern Cannondale stems are 1.5, for current lefty forks ect I beleive. Older and headshock stems are slightly bigger that 1.5, different enough to mean 1.5 won't fit.
I had the same frame and fork in a bigger size and wanted a shorter stem to make it handle a bit more like a modern bike.
I think the shortest I could fid was 80mm, I ran it with a negative rise to keep the old Cannondale look but if it were flipped it would offer some rise too.
I used a Cannondale specialist shop online to source it.
This was not what I was told! I'm sick of industry 'standards'
1.5" stems are not compatible with Headshok and Lefty steerer tubes even though they are close. These stems only fit standard 1.5" steerers. The Headshok size is slightly bigger than 1.5" and only fits Headshok and Lefty steerer tubes.
Whats more annoying is that Cannondale make both sizes in their stems as they now use 1.5 on some models. when you buy a stem, you really have to make sure it's the diameter you need.
