STEEL ROAD FRAMESET WANTED!

Hi there, looking for a frame on behalf of a friend. He's 5'8/9 so ideally 55cm. It MUST have horizontal dropouts, as it's going to be set up as a fixed gear bike! He's looking to paint it himself as a mini project so condition isn't very important, providing it's structurally sound. Don't mind a couple of dents etc but nothing major! It doesn't have to be great quality, something relatively cheap and cheerful! He doesn't want to pay very much, so maybe 501 tubing or similar? Thanks in advance!

Tubing is 501 paint is tatty - threads are fine Ideal fixie project stuff

I have this 54cm Nelson 653 road or fixie frame, with new Daccordi alloy (carbon look) forks and new headset. The frame was recently resprayed, but has some small paint chips on the top tube. Comes with a giant seatpost too
