Hi, does anyone know of any bike shops that are tooled up to service KLEIN bikes? I'm looking at changing the forks on my adroit and I have a mc2 stem/bar set up!

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Thanks

Jon

try your local trek dealer.... i think i read that they can order the tools from the importers.... failing that a block of wood and a hammer should do the trick   :)

hi Jon, what are your plans with the forks? you'll need to fit an adapter if you want to run a more modern fork.

Klein

The original Judy SL's are showing their age so want to either get them stripped and rebuilt or upgrade to a slightly later fork like a SID. Nothing modern!!

I’m trying to find out about my bike a little bit I have a klein that I can’t seem to find anything at all even a specialist if any one can help be much grateful TIA

Connor, a picture says a thousand words so post up some photos or tell us all the model etc. You may have even more joy if you start your own thread giving all the details including what you want to do to it

If your SLS have bolts on the crown, you can just unscrew them and pop off the remainder of the fork and service as needed, then pop them back on.

Hi Connor,

You have a late nineties/early noughties Klein with a conventional 1 1/8” headset from what I see so you have plenty of options and any good bike shop can help as no special Klein tools are needed for headset or bottom bracket.
