Never thought I’d sell this but gotta face the fact that it’s slightly too large for me and I must recoup some funds for the next project.
This is a 1988 build #2664, finished in Aurora tri-fade. Re finished by Jonrock a couple of years back. Measures 19” C-C and 22” C-T. Original Klein spinner forks.
Full Suntour XCD 6000 groupset, farmer John cousins and an Avocet Gelflex saddle and Nitto bullmoose handlebars.
Altogether, a very original klunker- esque example of Gary Kleins first mountain bike. It was signed by Joe Breeze and Charlie Kelly (who should need no introduction as the godfathers of Mountain Biking) when they visited the U.K a few years ago for promotional events/ride outs. Charlie particularly loved it and declared it bike of the day.
