Always have (and always will be a huuuuuuuge Scott fan) loved their early stuff with montana's, etc. and their foray into e-stays with the evolutions I've got a Scott Pro build on the cards very soon - not the lightest frame on earth but bloody strong feeling.
Love the modern stuff too, one of the only manufacturers/brands for me that's managed to stand the test of time. Their carbon work is lovely and a few years ago I bought an alu road bike (Speedster S60) which is just awesme to ride........
Search the ----->97 section and you'll se a fair few Scott builds, there's a guy in Europe (poland I think ) who is a bit of an authority on Scott's early stuff, so might be worth giving him a shout
