Very wet snow :(
Forecast says we might get some later, anybody got some now? :D

Nowt as yet really.Though there was a flurry here in Glasgow a few days ago.
The forecast is for winter conditions to follow over the next few weeks :? Just have to hope it misses us or isnt too bad.

Im using my mental powers to force it down south ;)

I did a nice road ride yesterday, up an over the A537 Cat and Fiddle road which peaks out at 515m (1689ft). There was a good inch or so dusting all the hills and plenty of slush still on the road. It had been closed in the morning and just reopened when I got there.
Returned home via the A54 towards Leek and back through some minor roads through Wildboarclough.

Clear blue skys, bright sunshine and snow. It was stunning.
All gone now though I suspect.

High ground had a coating here in Cumbria the other day, just a general freezing cold air recently!

A wee dusting at a cold glentress today, not much on the trails themselves though.

.

I love riding in the snow, rain wouldn't stop me although i'm not keen.
Ice just adds to the danger :D :D
Man up

PS Lots of white here now :D

I ride trials so ice and snow basically means pain. Dry weather FTW as far as I'm concerned!
When I used to go trail riding years ago though I loved it when it was wet and muddy.
