I never figured I’d bag one of these

Most owners hang onto them for understandable reasons as the Fat Chance Ti is one of the finest riding and most beautiful Ti MTB’s ever built.

I’ve been offered a few at bonkers money over the years but the timing was never right.

Looks like the timing came good

Thanks to @Tomianson and @Star12 for making it happen.

Not sure I can really better what @Tomianson did with this but i’ll have a good crack at trying…

@Tomianson went with quite a subtle build and pretty much a full XTR gruppo.

I plan to have a play with this and try a few options. I always fancied a Fat Ti with full turq bling, but I’m thinking it might look pretty good with black

First job was to switch out the wheels and tyres. I’ve been sitting on these big Ritchey Alfa and Omega Bites for a while. Looks like I finally found a suitable build
