And yes if you can fit fatter tyres they always look good and the Z Max’s will look perfect with the right amount of skinwall on show vs. many modern incarnations that have too much skin vs. black.

You might be in luck with the 2.35 Ritchey Megabite, although not immediately. The guys at ‘House of Looptail’ who have just reproduced the famous ‘Snake Belly’ tyres, have got a licensing deal with Ritchey to remake the Megabite in 2.1 & 2.35 and in both the red and black compounds

Original plan was silver outer and inner chainrings with a turq middle but I kinda like builds with black rings. I think this set up works well pulling together the various silver, yellow, black and turq bits

I’m trying to avoid going down the turq cranks route - plus I’ve needed a build for these Cook’s for a while and I think this is the one
