What do you do now? If you don't mind me asking. Feel free to tell me to go forthThey were an evolution of the 'flying brick' K100, and never really caught on in the UK as they were expensive and relatively slow...Never a big seller anywhere, truth be told.
I thought it was a great looking bike. If ever there was a bike to epitomise 80's style then the K1 was probably it.
It was heavy for a sports bike which blunted its performance, so wouldn't be too much for most riders.
Rode one - not my cup of tea but interesting.
Just to clarify GIGFY's post - I was an instructor, then an examiner, but not anymore. I worked in the UK motorcycle industry between 1996 and 2022. I made a complete career change last year.
