I promise! Probably fit you better than me! I thought a 19", but 20" c b/b to t of seat tube. Top tube however exactly same as the 19" Kileaua. Swept back bars should give the sit-up-and-beg fit I am aiming for.

Nice condition frame.

I believe in '92 they still used the old measurements, so top of bb to top of seat tube.

In which case yes a 19! But obviously "taller" than a 19 measured from c b/b. Overall "feel" I suppose related to a number of dimensions incl b/b drop, standover and t t length.

26 years after owning my first Kona Koa, here's my second one, upgraded with Z1s, XT, and some other 90s kit (Mavic 231s, Selle San Marco racing pro Ti no slip saddle, Thomson seatpost, Michelin Wild Grippers Super Sprint 1.75s Green)...and XT modern gearing.
