Went out for a ride round the local woods this evening.
When I stopped I noticed this strange stuff on the forks, not sure what it is :?
It's like nothing I've seen before around these parts, at least not this year...

I have heard stories about that stuff here Used to see it a lot back home but I thought the climatic conditions here prevented it from ever coming to be.

We picked up a fat bike and took it down to the beach by Inverness. Not much of a beach, from a fella accustomed to the Dunnet Sands, but nevertheless a good place to try out a fat tyre. Will get it down to the Findhorn river bed over the weekend and try it out properly!
