I can't work out what year it was yet, but it looks like it's had a long and active life. The SLX shifter and Deore derailleur are definitely much newer than the rest of the bike. I don't think the SID XCs are original either. Overall it feels pretty light and larger than a 19" frame would suggest. But I still need to do a bit of work on it before it's rideable. So far there seems to be no lube on it anywhere: the shock and its pivots in particular would benefit from stripping and greasing. After that I'll let you know!Don't know a huge amount about these, but for a KHS with the Team title I'm guessing some of the groupset has been downgraded over time? In 1993 the Team was XTR M900. I think it did slide down a bit to XT in 94/95. They were clearly still using the OX tubing which is nice, be interesting to know how the softtail rides
