Rust on a frame

I'm wanting to get my newly aquired '91 GT Avalanche frame cleaned up. There's a little surface rust. I'd like to get the whole frame stripped/treated/resprayed but I can't find anywhere that does replacement graphics for it.

Where is the best place to take around Sheffield/Barnsley/Wakefield? and what advice do you have for getting it back to pristine condition?

Surface rust

I don't know if it is available in the Uk but Evapo-Rust will work wonders on the components if you let it soak for a day. As for the frame, I just had a similar Specialized frame sandblasted and powdercoated to get rid of the surface rust.

Have you taken a look to see how rusted the insides are?

I've not had a look inside the frame yet, I've been working night shifts since I picked the bike up so haven't had chance to start stripping off the components to see what I'm up against.
