Rudge Ulster Sports restomod begins

Started the next restoration project yesterday, 1950s Rudge Ulster Sports bicycle. got her partially disassembled, but the headset won't loosen, and there's a nasty dent in the top tube, and another in the rear fork, I'm beginning to think I may have bitten off more than I can chew, though I was told many had tried with this bike before, and all had failed, I don't want to give up on it, I haven't been able to source repro decals, but a friend of a friend is in the process of setting up a custom decal company, so I may have a solution
