Ritchey Comp-23 - REAL ? FAKE ? How Much ?

Hi,

(Hopefully I'm in the right place to ask, if not please pardon me.)

Recently found this Ritchey Comp-23 and the pictures make it look like it's fake. Can somebody give me some advice ?

Serial seems to be 1650 wich seems to make it legit...

Also, I'm a bit shocked by the price. Is 425 CAD / 250 GBP the right price ?

In case it is for sale and it is a 20-inch frame I would like to by it, Canada is no problem I have friends there.

seems to have the design of a later model Ritchey ie seat binder bolt, Ritchey dropouts {although others used them too. Definately NOT Ritchey stamped numbers, welds don't look that great and the unicrown fork at headtube looks too thick. I know Rocky Mountain in Vancouver produced some Ritcheys that were made in Taiwan.
