I was at the tip today, the shop was shut so rather than leave a mid-90s XT equipped Stumpjumper outside with all the other bikes some punter had thrown it in the metal skip. I was too late to save it, the digger bucket had already done it’s work, the frame was like a banana and the Rock Shoxs had been clean sliced in two. What a waste. 
There is a late 80s Rockhopper with Deore thumbies in the shop, hopefully this will go to a new owner next Saturday when the shop opens.
