Brake lever clamp substitution

Found some lovely Campagnolo Super Record brake levers at the back of the parts cupboard, but no clamps. Is there an alternative to original part, i.e. would more modern clamp work instead of original part?

Threaded piece seems longer on the old ones. Dia Compe make brake levers like that, maybe they have something. Or the defietsenmaker.nl website may have some spares.

Try some gash Weinmann clamps?

These look very similar, but I bet the round bit is not the same diameter...

Mario came back and said they fit, so ordered a set - will let you know if it really works....saves ££ on buying Campaq stuff even with international postage included And who can see them once wrapped in bar tape

Apparently they do not fit, Mario went out of his way - without me asking - and tried for himself, alas no and another avenue needs to be opened. Kudos for the care for his customer he has shown, I'll definitely be buying stuff from him .
