Nope, not at all. Neither of those stems are Ringles, simple as that.

Yes, they're probably Sun-Ringle stems, manufactured using the name that Sun had bought, similar to the Bubba hubs that were still made after the takeover, though they had fewer changes.

Thats like saying as a bad exapmle that BMW minis arent minis, they are,
they are both ringle just not Ringle Component Ringles, and so not Ringle Zooka,

that is to say my stem was made by Sun Ringle , and not by billy babcock working late at his dad factory playing with his dads machinery

lol, i know i am upset as i bought it, but i would be very happy if i can sell it, it is a Ringle its just not a Ringle Component Ringle Zooka, do you agree that my silver and that black that sold as a genuine Ringle to a very knowledgeable intelligent and most likely handsome german.

But there'd be no reason to be annoyed at anyone but yourself for lack of research. Still a "Ringle".....and if the era is a big deal, well, the buyer should do more research first. Find the sweet spot: Someone knowing enough to know they want it, but not enough to know that they really don't?

i was blissfully ignorant unawares and happy, there i was selling me ringle when up pops some chap and says its not a ringle, ooh i say, is it not really i say, so i do research it, well lazily by asking here call in one of the foremost experts on Ringle and a friend of Geoff and Marjorie himself, ahhh who cares, gonna relist,

will put in all the pertinent facts, i like that what was said on the German Forum thing the smurf guy said, its more my conscience too, if mine goes for half what that black one went for i will be happy, if i get my money back i will be happy,lol

Yes, "I'd be annoyed if I bought it as a zooka", Damn right,
and Yes, "Sun seem to be making some decent high-end stuff now", indeed, they seem to be. They have some expensive and light high-end hubs now. But they also seem to have some inexpensive and very heavy OEM stuff out there too, so tread carefully, and as stated above, it pays to research! But don't take it too hard. We've all done it.

was really tempted to put in how this has been confirmed by one of the foremost Ringle experts , but i remained strong.
