lol, you know i even had an argument with the onza bike people on your behalf, trying to get some grips coz i thought i was a valued and repeat customer he said they only fitted em stock to the onza bikes and couldnt sell them retail coz they were shite and ripped really easily, he refused to just give me some, even promised i wouldnt tell,lol but he was an arse.

It's just inferior to a Zooka but still wears the brand, millions of companies go down this route after buyouts etc.

Everyone knows Ringlés arse was sold up canal street so it's not that amazing that they knocked out these under the name.

As for that black one going for 89 euro's we all know the German ebayers love a bandwagon to jump on and the new owner will be sorely disappointed when it rocks up after paying an arm and legs worth or bank transfer fees.

Of course the black one is new but still heavenly overpriced if you asked me. Only a real Zooka ahead from '95 - '96 orso would make such prices.

I am not sure but on a German forum I read that this black one with the welded rear is from around 1998.
I believe the zooka's were sold until 2000 (as Elite said with the italic lasering from 1997) - I am not sure about this but the zooka's were advertised in the German Workshops until 2000.

Still I do not know if yours is genuine Ringle (sun ringlé) or fake....

I am afraid the mystery remains till someone comes up with a brochure picture...

yes but should say some german or austrian, god dammit any european person wish to buy my stem for half that i would not have any compunction in selling it to them quick smart,

its more that all along it was a Ringle too, and i had three watchers :cry: :cry:

Best bet is to fire an email off to Sun and ask them if they produced a stem like that using the Ringle name.

do we accept that the black one is real then,

look at the clamp section on both my stem and the black one, it is angled you can see it in the top view of my stem and clearly in the black,

my stem is the same as the black one, maybe longer reach, and silver but exactly the bloody same,
