Off to the new forest for a few days in a couple of weeks, looks like there is ample opportunity for some off-road stuff amongst the cycle routes. Considering just taking the bivvy/tarp but the tent is a lot more pleasant to sleep in unless the conditions are perfect!

My arms and legs got nicely exfoliated!

I look for isolated locks away from villages and houses etc. Set up late and pack up early.
