Following on from the other thread this evening about keeping your retro build period correct or 'bling' it up.
What about when it comes to the frame itself, do you prefer to completely paint strip a frame, repaint and new decals or just tidy up the frame and keep it original?
My first project I did just that. I just gave the frame a spruce up, puffed in some colour over the ratty bits staying away from the decals and relaquerred over the lot.
My current project however, I completely stripped and have repainted as it was and have new decals coming.
