Rescuing a Pace RC200 F4 Frame

Re:

Yes I used to buy anodising chemicals from them. Product descriptions were very different to what the product actually did! A stripper that allegedly doesn't damage aluminium permanently damaged some of (luckily) my own parts. Two of the colours on the dye colour chart are identical, told them repeatedly but never got anywhere finding out what it should look like.
I gave up and purchase elsewhere now. They seemed old fashioned and everything went at their own snails pace!

Probably the best thing for them was to change owners IMHO.

Duncan never welded any up as late as the F4 frames, I would say this was originally one of Dean's Friday afternoon specials ;-)

Amazing repair job, so nice to see it given another lease of life

Re:

Ok now to try and start the build, as you no looking to build a pure fixie (what no brakes) well do I use a front or not! still don't no but to be honest if I can bottle it and stop with the cranks then that would be my choice. Looking to try and get hold of some mint Pace RC 30 forks with the boxy pace crown as mint as possible but if not then will ask Dan to have the legs done burnt orange as per frame, anyone got a set with a 1" steerer let me no what you want for them, if not then a boxy Pace crown on its own see photo.
Looking at 700c wheels as a fast cafe racer Fixie but hey any suggestions or any other forks that anyone wants to sell let me no. Also interested in some nice cranks with a 44 ring single chain ring.
Any suggestions on the build most welcome many thanks

Re:

A fixie might not be to everybody's liking (i understand that) but remember this frame was going to the scrap heap due to the damage so keeping it on the road is far better even if it is not to everybody's liking
I think it will look cool Papillon
