Might be worth speaking to Matt Bailey at The Powder Shack. He could probably fill or advice on what to use for the filler & then do a powdercoat close to the bare alu finish. He's a rider so knows the score. Some of the finishes & stencilling he does is amazing.

He did the 2010 P7 in my signature but that was a fairly straightforward finish.
