Rare Retrobikes...

Or thinking of my bike shed bikes - not many non elevated Alpinestars. There were loads of those around when I was knocking about - same with Scotts too.

MS Racing, the outfit that Kloser raced for and were bought out by Alpinestars, their bikes looked great, never seen one apart from in a magazine BITD...

Off Road Sport (baby brother of the proflex) I owned one, never seen another..

Don't see many Lemonds, wonder how many were actually built and sold ?? anyone any ideas ?

Mountain bikes I would like to see here...

Parkpre Ti, never seen or hear of one, but it's in the catalogue!
A mate has one with stock parts, I don't see him very often as he's a chef and works the weekends. If I ever get out with him I'll take a pic.

I see a fair few alpinestars still being ridden (mainly around towns!) as the old UK importer used to be based near chepstow

I briefly had a steel MS racing hack bike a few summers ago

What about Dave Lloyd's, there were loads of them when I were a lad. Seem to remember a nice one made from 753 road tubing somewhere in Dorset, very nice.

Serrotta T-Max in that yellow and ?pink? colour scheme, very nice indeed, in fact anything made from Max OR.

Killiflyers always seemed to have nice lines.

Manti (is that the pural?)

I think that will do.

I d love to see a Ferraroli , steel swiss brand .

on the continent , he was called the european TOm Ritchey . lovelly bikes with great colours .

Scapin.

I was in Bassano del Grappa a few years back and a couple of lovely looking retro Scapin's and a P20 were ridden past the cafe where I was having lunch.

They looked fab and I love the look of the new ones as well.

I cant remember what the Trek number was, but do you remember the first Trek full sus.
It had a purple swingarm at the back.
I think Jo Burt had Mint Sauce riding it for a bit!
