Raleigh Special Products Division Titanium MTB Frame sold
Raleigh Special Products Division titanium lightweight frame. The frame is in good condition with a few cosmetic marks. The frame is 15.5” with a 21” top tube.
Comes with a Shimano bottom bracket, but I can’t remember the brand or type. The frame is from the late 90s, but with low weight and good condition it doesn’t matter.
The frame is suitable for V-Brakes (no disc brake mounts)
Message me for more pictures. You can pop over and see it before bidding as well, just message me if you want to arrange something.
£225 frame if collected from Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire
£250 frame including P&P

Tube length: 180mm (quite short)

Hi there, does the frame take a 1.125" fork? Are all the threads ok? Is the 15.5" measurement from centre of bb to top of seat tube? Are the wheels running smooth and true? Is the freewheel all good? Is there much life left in the braking surfaces ? Sorry for all the Qs!

Fork is 1.125"

Threads all fine on frame (rear mech and rear v brakes. Bb I assume is good)

Size is actually 16.25" from centre of bb to seat tube

Wheels are true unless you're a perfectionist. They ran without rubbing on the brakes, but the wheels have sat there for 10 years so might be due a tweak on the tension

The freewheel on the hope hub is good

Braking surface, I'm not sure. It all felt fine when I tested it all last month, but I can't honestly say I've experienced rims where the surface is shot. The rear rim is newer as it was replaced....

I'll check the holes in the hubs tonight. I'd say azaro was in there first, but if it falls through Vinevo is next in line.
