Raleigh R100

Hello, I am new to the site.
I have been getting back into tinkering with old bicycles again.
I have bought some to fix up.
I thought I would show you this one first.
It is minter Raleigh R100, guessing the frame was made in Asia as it is welded up.
Beautiful paintwork, hardly been used.
Ignore the pedals!!

You have some nice bikes there especially like the French La poste!
I am guessing these were the models before the Airlites?
My bike needs the shifter cables and I am not familiar with the front shifters
