Raleigh question

Hi folks,
A Raleigh "mountain bike" popped up on my local classified site and I would ask you if anyone knows something about it. Sadly there is only one picture and the seller is not exactly helpful.

It seems that the brakes are retrofitted as it originally would have cantis. But aside from that I really don't know anything (also new to this, usually more a roadie)

Can anybody tell me something about this bike and what would be a reasonable price?

It definitly shares some features but the DT cable stops are way lower on the one for sale.
