Raleigh Lizard.

They aren't very good. Gas pipe tubes, pressed bits rather than decently made aspects like fork drop outs etc.

One appeared near me recently, locked up outside my local train station. It was brand new, even had colour matched racks. Looked good as the paint job is nice I guess, weird to see one brand new all these years later. I think someone must have access to some nos bikes as I've seen others locked up which have also seemed brand new. Maybe the same person? I think a GT (non-triple triangle) bike and giant have all come and gone.

Might be a post- Covid thing.
People often bring us bikes that are years old, yet totally unused.
Bought on a whim stuck in the garage, never ridden.

Loads of old forgotten stuff came out of the woodwork during Covid, some even got put into regular use by their original owners when
all you were allowed to do was cycle🤘
