The touch up and polish up option hasn't been too successful, so it's now off to Plan B (A complete paint job which I've never done before)
1. Remove Paint from frame and forks using wet n dry. Partial success, really hard work and RSI of the elbow!
2. Use Nitromors to get the paint off (See attached pictures). Much easier results and I've also concocted a brilliant way of hanging the frame/forks outside the garage in a great working position using a paint roller extension and my Unior bike work stand. It will come into it's own when I start the painting process.
3. Decide whether to try and get a close paint match to the original or go for a complete new colour scheme???
For the discerning members of this forum... I don't read the Daily Mail, I scrounged it off a neighbour to mop up the drips!!!
