Me fella has a diablo dx that had black paint splatters over it (from a previous owner) not as severe as what you’ve got but he used quick clay and a little bit of that with some time and elbow grease… not a quick process but if there’s any little bits you can’t get off with thinner might be helpful. Good luck!Hello fellow Dynatech fans!
A few years ago I obtained an incomplete 92 Diablo DX. The frame and forks had been blown over in metallic green by a previous owner.
I have this crazy notion to try and slowly rub off the green paint with abrasive paper to see if I can reveal its true colours underneath.
Anyhow I was wondering what finish was used to give the main tubes their multi-coloured appearance? Is it paint or is it some kind of "wrap"
Cheers

looks like a resprayCan any Dyna fans identify this white frame and for bonus points take a punt at what the original components would have been? Cheers.
Pretty sure it’s a Solaris. If I remember correctly it would’ve had LX parts and a Rockshox Mag 30 forkCan any Dyna fans identify this white frame and for bonus points take a punt at what the original components would have been? Cheers.
