Hi, new to the forum so greenhorn abuse welcome!
Recently I decided enough was enough after 15 years not having been on a bike. Used to ride a Dyna-tech 600 with Glos City Cycling Club, doing club runs and TTs etc. That bike took me 5 years of a paper-round to save up for and sadly I outgrew it and sold it. :cry:
So, 15 years and 4.5 stone heavier, the time came to ride again!
Not fussed on a modern machine so hunted down an old friend, this time titanium and just riden it for 10 miles (I won't say how long it took
)
Some comments on this forum helped me go for this bike; needs a bit of work to originalise it but I'm loving my new steed.
2 days in the loft to find my old (also retro) sidi genius 2's and giro lid, some new 105 pedals and here's to "ride yourself thin"!
