RaceFace Stem question

I picked up this RaceFace stem for my Hei Hei build:

It's missing the pinch bolt on the "UFO" locking collar.

Does anybody happen to know the size of the pinch bolt off the top of their head? Even though I'm in Canada, this isn't a great town for sourcing small metric fasteners so I'll likely as not have to order online.

Thanks, Ted

LMAO. You're in an AUTOMOTIVE town FFS.

Bring it by next time you're in town. I can fix it. My dad's a TV repairman. He's got a wicked set of tools..........

LOL, thanks Stu, you don't happen to have a "steel steerer" sized shim for one of these kicking around do you?

Cheers, Ted

Re: RacFace Stem question

Double cone or wedge? There were 2 types and 2 diameters (.875 + 1.000).

If I was guessing I'd call it a double cone.

Has a funky keyed cone top and bottom.

Cheers, Ted

Re:

Is yours for an alu steerer then? If so I'd happily swap for a steel steerer sized one. I've been after an alu version for donkeys years!

Re:

If in Canada, K2 Fasteners in Burnaby are great. I have this stem as well if you need pics taking? Cheers, Eric

Re: RacFace Stem question

I had a look at mine and it's just a simple 2mm machine screw. You'll be okay finding it

konaman, can you not use a 1" expander part, like from a BBB or similar exander ?

I have one of those stems and it's missing the expander, so it's been sitting in a drawer ever since I won it on ebay. It never even dawned on me to use a common expander plug.

Thanks for the suggestion!
