This Frame started out as a road frame and after renovation by Bob Jackson Had chrome track ends put in new Alpina carbon front forks complete resprayed, a bit unusual but never been ridden and not a mark on it it measures 21inches centre to top and 21.5 BB to Seat Bolt.
