Quill stem handlebars

Hi,

Is there such as integrated bullmoose quill stem handlebars single unit but in 25.4mm quill. I can only seem to find thinner ones.
Follow up question, moto style mtb bars like the NC-17 starbar with the extra cross brace. Can one, remove the cross brace, feed it through the quill and the re-attach the cross brace brackets from either side.

When you say 25.4mm quill, I assume you mean to fit inside a 1 1/8" steerer? I doubt if there are many as Bullmoose were out of fashion by the mid-90s when such headsets were common.

Certainly the return to rise bars also came with cross-braces and indeed that was the way to fit them to stems with no removable faceplate.

Although you can buy a sleeve that drops into an inch-and-an-eighth fork steerer to adapt to inch quill.
