Withdrawn Hope ti screw on rear hub 32H - spares/repairs

Hi, I have this rear screw on hub which needs attention. It’s good cosmetically, no cracks, and bearings are smooth but think it’s been stripped and reassembled incorrectly.
On the drive side the part that slides into the dropout has a diameter 5mm or so too big to fit the dropout. See the pic, think a spacer is missing or fitted incorrectly internally.

Anyway, it’s been sat on my workbench too long waiting for me to investigate!
£10 plus post - uk only.
Thanks

You should change the title to screw-on as you have it correct in the description (it is not a Ti-Glide)

It could be missing the 5mm spacer(s), there is one each side. It goes behind the bearings or in front of the bearing depending on 7 or 8 speed freeheels.

I'm tempted to just buy to fix it, but have no real need for it as I have no freewheels. 🫨

The blow out diagram is in the archive.

Done - thanks for pointing that out. :)

Ah, thanks for this too. Just had a look in the archive and followed the instructions - you were right, there is a spacer missing.

I know a man with a lathe so I’m going to try and get one made up.. then I might be able to use this hub. 👍
