Purple ANSWER Hyperlite and Hyper Ends + Tektro bits

Here's the deal, the previous owner put red loctite on the Hyper Ends so we had to cut them off which left the bar at only 20" but it's symmetrical. I think you will have to put a flame to the red loctite in order to turn those bolts.

I think the skewers and seat clamp are Tektro, not sure, size 35.0mm on the seat clamp, came off a fat tubed Marin frame.
