There's not much info on them, and I've never used them but believe they are 6/7 speed compatible, but here's a link to an article which mentions them as early Gripshift bar end "aero" shifters for Tri/TT use...

The Orange saddle is definitely a retro/early '90's one. It came on an Orange Dynamo I bought last year, but I much prefer a Flite saddle tbh.
