I used to work with a chap that was related (by marriage) to Darth Vader (David Prowse). The force was strong in his family!!!

When I was at school In the early 90's I had a friend who had recently moved to the area. Being the early 90's they were having trouble selling their old house and so whilst it was on the market they were renting it out, to Martin Brundles sister!!!

michael caton-jones (he directed the film "memphis belle") was married to my dads cousin and is from bathgate..........he went to st marys Academy with her and ended up marring her.... he lived in dechmont...

i have met him once at my grandads funeral in 1994 . nice guy totaly down to earth....

My wife (social worker(Child protection)) was pulled from the audience by Jerry Sadowitch and used as a prop for his card tricks.
He cracked on with these kiddy fiddling jokes before asking her what she worked as.................
To which he replied 'well thats that fu**ed then'.
