Strip the frame and get it powder coated in flouro pink then add some spokey dokeys and I had a leopard print saddle somewhere you might be interested in
google powder coaters and call a couple for a quote to strip and powder. Prices vary massively but if you go for a stock colour (not custom) you can get it done pretty cheap.
