They rolled titanium sheets and welded them. They could make tapered tubes. It's crazy work, which requires a lot of experience and finishing.

I just got it from Italy, thanks Veritas_rs.
It looks really old and the level of finishes / defects, is reminiscent of a prototype / pre-serie. It does not match the level expected of a very beautiful high-end bike. At the same time it is very pleasant to see all this manual work. It puts even more forward the dimension of work of art.
