Mine's an F6 and I can confirm removable rear canti hanger ('cause it's been removed) though if by rear rack mounts you mean the little bolts about an inch up the seat stays from the dropouts – well mine has those :?

And my F5 is disc-only - no sign of there ever being canti studs or hanger.

Sorry not read every comment but...

f3 defo had 1" head tube.

f3 was the first year for the colours - as Jeremy has said: red, green, blue.
