Orange clockwork - is it worth it

I guess the problem for me was that in my first incarnation as a mountain biker, I was a hill climbing beast so hated the thought of any frame flex robbing energy. It is not an issue any more as I tend to walk up hill

Join the club.

I nearly bid on that bike, for my son, who then changed his mind, and then back again... whatever, we have a P7 to be collected shortly.

If it were mine, I'd just put it the way you want it. Factory original, pristine and in the garage is OK, but I prefer to ride my bikes.

Hello All

Thank you again for all your messages, really helpful!

The frame number is A40801022

Frame size is 21 indeed and as such far too big. Components are in great condition and all LX, bar the shifters and breaks.

From the pictures can you let me know whether fork and stem (unlikely) are original?

Anyone interested in having it??

That's a shame it's too big, as it's a nice looking bike.

I can't comment on the forks, but the stem is of the right era, although, I would have thought it would come with an Orange stem and possibly bars too, but I guess it depends if it was supplied as a complete bike, or if Noah's Ark bought the frame in, and built it up (used to be a great shop).
