Never realised how much I'd wanted one until I did a search on here before buying and my name appeared on almost every thread . There had been a few conflicting bits of info on the '24' part of the name but I can confirm that it does indeed refer to the standover clearance and not to the wheel size. Finally, after 20 years of mtbing, I shall be able to bail out forwards instead of jumping off the back
Will do Rob. With my track history, my husband said to me when I bought it "Why don't you just tell the seller to hang onto it for a couple of weeks and then he can send it straight to the person you sell it to next week" - he knows me too well . Reckon I'm going to enjoy getting used to it though . . . now how does one ride 'arse high, nose low'? Watch this space for the crash reports.
