Onza porci paws nos but hard as a rock...any solution?

Still in box but rock hard due to ageing. Did someone had this too and how to solve? Was thinking hot water (not boiling hot) but unsure.

you could try a product called Gummi-Pflege. It's intended for softening the rubber seals you get in car doors etc. No guarantees.
