Yeah, as the other poster said the same, I believe that's correct.

So if the tubing was made in the US, was it just then "hand" assembled elsewhere? Either way, good enough for me.

Your frame is most definitely from Taiwan. It would have been made in the same factory as many other brands.

I have a similar sticker on my 1996 Marin Muirwoods, but nothing on my 1999 IFT and Palisades Trail.
