Offroad PRO-FLEX 550 (elastomers?)

Now fitted the new cut to size yellow elastomers to my Off Road 550 Profile, resprayed the original yellow cups black, the originals elastomers where black and the cups were yellow. looks great, don't you agree?

Can you please let me know the exact measurements of the elastomer(s) needed for this? I produce Elastomers for retro bikes ... Ill make you one.

I cut 2 cm of the the original 8cm length, with the remaiming 6 cm I cut into three, making each elastomer 2cm . I had to schamfer the edges in order to fit in the cups. The full lenghth elastomer came with the whole pre drilled at 12mm. I originally tried to make my own out of a solid piece I puchased in the UK, but drilling the centre whole was nighmare as the it distorts. I then found one in Hungary with the whole predrilled from Rob at https://www.facebook.com/search/top?q=replacement elastomers, took a while to arrive in Portugal with a tracked post. Rob offers difference componds taylors to weight or desired spring softness. I hope this helps?
