Octalink crank bolt

Hi all
Looking to use some old LX M571 cranks I have knocking around but I can’t find the matching bolts , but there seem to be different types , ie with the thin separate washer or without etc as in the pictures below .
Any know what uses what !

Just fitted a pair of new cranks today with the bolts on the left, and I'd assumed that the thin washers were for the pedals!

So now I'm worried that I've not fitted a washer I should have. If someone could confirm if it should be used for the crank bolt that would be great!

It’s definitely for the cranks , you have to be careful to hook them out before screwing the extractor in , I’m just not sure if it’s all makes and models of octalink crank though .

Just took one of mine out to look and it’s the one on the left, with the thin removable washer.

Ive seen them at £8.99 each ! which bearing in mind i have bolts and the value of some tatty cranks makes it expensive
