crack was on the other side of the pic you have provided , starting from the bottom , next to the weld from the down tube .

can you put a link to the ebay auction as i would like a word with the seller for using my picture without my consent .

Just to make things more interesting, I bought this frame 9 days ago, PayPal'd the guy immediately and didnt hear from him for 7 days until I put in a dispute with eBay, he got in touch with me quite quickly then, and seemed grumpy that I was concerned. He refunded me saying that he doesnt trust me to pay him (I had already paid!)

v odd.

He didnt mention a crack o me. and I paid him £75.

Things are looking better, the guy has checked the frame and now acknowledges that the frame is cracked, he has offered me a full refund
