I havent done any expand and measure work to prove it, but the front hub centre looks higher than than the rear which suggests joop was standing on a slope or more likely the photographer didnt quite frame it horizontally

Raleigh made a simple decision to lower the standover height at the seat tube by 15mm , the head tube is the same as Joop's original bike. They haven't made any mistakes as the 'Fake News' film is trying to make us believe, it's just a smokescreen to divert our attention away from the COMPLETE SCREWUP that is SB 4059... the flagship Joop Zoetemelk replica bike. :facepalm:
